So I'll go with red flag number one but before we do I think at

least one of the mistakes I made in the early days around business it was being

too cheap to hire out help or even when I didn't want to hire I would hire really cheap right and I would go to up work and I would try to

pay the lowest price I would negotiate them down and what ends up happening is you know what

And so the problem is people that I would hire, some of them would just, you know, they work

hard for the first of like, yeah, work at 3 a.m., you know, I'd hire people offshore.
