And today we're going to talk about the five red flags when it's time to hire more employees.

So I'll go with red flag number one but before we do I think at

least one of the mistakes I made in the early days around business it was being

too cheap to hire out help or even when I didn't want to hire I would hire really cheap right and I would go to up work and I would try to

pay the lowest price I would negotiate them down and what ends up happening is you know what

Paul Graham says is if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys, right?

And so the problem is people that I would hire, some of them would just, you know, they work

hard for the first of like, yeah, work at 3 a.m., you know, I'd hire people offshore.

And what would always happen in about two to three months is

they would always get hit by a bus they get hit by a bus and then they they reappear in
