2:07.5 | but if you're living somewhere where it gets light earlier, this is the perfect time of |
2:13.8 | year to take advantage of that. Okay, set an alarm, get up, maybe even before coffee or tea |
2:21.4 | or whatever drink you like to have in the morning. Get outside, embrace the morning lights, |
