Workers have been participating in targeted strikes against General Motors, Stilantis and Ford for the last three weeks.

While wearing a shirt that said Eat The Rich, Faines said the Union had a breakthrough with General Motors.

After the Union threatened to strike against the Keats Texas plants,

GM agreed to have future electric vehicle battery plant workers be covered by the National

Labor Agreement Agreement governing other

UAW members at GM. It's going to change the future of our union and the future of our

industry. Fain also said they're making progress on other key bargaining priorities such as salary increases

and cost of living adjustments.
