And Fred is the proud, proud, proud owner of both Nestor Cortez and Bailey Ober and the Tout Wars drafted boldly. Sorry, Fred, bringing that up. I'll just throw that out there. But it's related to our topic that you may have gotten torpedoed a little bit today this weekend over that. I did too. I have a over in a lot of places. But it also ties into the story that, you know, we can't quite get enough of just yet.

We'll get sick of it by the end of the week, but that's the new torpedo bats. For the first time in a while, we're kind of having an advancement on the hitter side that's kind of throwing some people up for a loop here. Yeah, actually, that's a great way to put it. Yeah, we've seen, you know, the pitchers come up, more velocity, things like that, batting averages going down.

side, but not really with the hitters, kind of like just with the game that benefited the

hitters. And now we're seeing this torpedo bat, which I think is clearly benefiting the hitters.

Like, yeah, for sure.

I expressed on the weekend the fantasy frustration of like, Jeff, how many hours did we put,

not you, not me, all of us, like how many hours did we put into offseason research

on velocities and sprint speeds and bat speeds

and all these things that come up with the best projections, the best rankings we could possibly

come up with.

And then the Yankees just come out and are like, hey, we found a new bat.

This is going to change everything.
