I can’t believe that today is the five-year anniversary of my first episode of The Playbook podcast. My excitement stems from how many people we have positively impacted with the show! Hearing your stories and feedback of how the show, or a certain episode, has impacted your business or life remains my greatest joy from doing the show. Starting as a weekly podcast featuring some of my closest friends, athletes, and entrepreneurs sharing their “playbook to success”, it quickly grew into a daily show with over 1,200 episodes featuring the likes of Gary Vaynerchuk, Maria Sharapova, Tony Hawk, Tilman Fertitta, business leaders like Chip Wilson (Founder, lululemon), Howard Behar (President, Starbucks), to legendary entertainers like Dan Aykroyd, Cameron Diaz, thought leaders Jack Canfield, Sadhguru, Marianne Williamson, and many more. 0:05.2	So now I wanna share with you five of my favorite lessons

0:11.8	that I've been fortunate to sit down with.
0:14.2	This is the Playbook, where did your vision come from?
0:18.8	You know, you're from Galveston.
0:20.9	I'm always amazed by entrepreneurs
0:22.5	that I grew up in Akron, Ohio.
0:24.2	And people ask me the same question, like where?
0:26.2	This big vision keeps coming and it doesn't quit,
0:29.9	a little later on in life, not your 20s anymore,

0:37.3	God gives us all certain gifts.
0:41.0	And I tell young people this,
0:42.5	if I'm out at U of H, talking to kids or whoever.
0:46.0	And the smartest thing that you've got to do,
0:48.5	is you've got to realize what gift the God give you.
0:53.3	And that's what you've got to do.
0:55.0	And it's not always about making the most money.
