So to help you win your league like I've done for many other people in the past, we're going to break down the five must have running backs for this year.

And it'll start with Joe Mixon, who is 27 years old, which seems crazy.

He's about to turn 28, but it seems crazy because this guy seems like he's been in the NFL forever because he joined the league young at just 20 years old.

He's been a pro for seven years.

And he's finished as a top 20 running back in every single one of those seasons but his rookie year because he was splitting the workload as a raw rookie in that season.

But since then, top 20 every year.

And beautiful people.

on the pedigree of this type of player. Now, all of those seasons in the NFL so far have been with the Bengals, but things have changed this year as he's on a brand new team.

Because Mixon was traded to the Houston Texans. They wanted to trade for him so that he couldn't

hit the open market. And then they immediately signed him to a three-year deal, $13 million

guaranteed, significant money for this day's running back market, or they contract up to about $20 million, $19.75 million.

This is significant money.

They wanted to trade for and sign Mixon over Devin Singletary,

who gave them good usage last year because they value Mixin even higher.
