Today's meditation will help you reset your mind, release procrastination, and tap into focused energy to move forward with your day.

We'll begin in a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes, rest your hands gently on your knees with your palms facing up.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.

Again, breathe in through your nose.

And exhale, let it all out.

One more time, deep breath in.

And exhale, let it out.

Now begin to breathe through your nose naturally and slowly.

Bring your attention to the present moment. Become aware of your body.
