What's going on? Emily Boddy here. You are listening to Five Minute Friday on Hurtle.

What a day that I'm having. I feel like there are so many things that are going through my brain right now.

0:33.0

I was on my run this morning. And like many of you, I am sure movement is a time where I process a lot of the things that are buzzing in my head. And so I'm on this run. And the thoughts flying were abundant. I'm thinking about egg freezing and the cost associated and how it makes more sense to pay up front

0:56.5

so that I can use my credit card because if I do installments and that needs to be ACH and why would

1:01.2

I miss out on the benefits of doing something with the payment of that size? I'm thinking about

2:11.7

2:20.6

and I wrote down maybe the things that I was worrying about, the items that I contemplated

2:26.6

putting on my to-do list, I updated my Amazon shopping cart. You get the idea. So at first,

2:33.0

the movement portion is my opportunity to process,

2:36.4

and then I get home and I shift into action. Understandably so, sometimes when we're feeling
