yesterday I was sitting down with Grant Holloway this will not be on on the show. It was for an upcoming article on GQ.

And I asked Grant how it is that he shows up day in and day out.

He was talking to me about how rigorous his training schedule is, how dialed in he is,

not just the way that he prepares and the way that he excels within sport, but also the way that

he recovers and he takes his nutrition really seriously. He can tell me exactly what he eats

for breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner. He gets his sleep in. He goes to acupuncture. He does bodywork.

And he told me that he was so sure that he wanted to remove the butt and the

if that he had a really rough year on the track in 2022 and knew that he was finally ready
