I had an opportunity to stay overseas broad in between these two work trips that I have

I have one more that I'm leaving for on Monday and to be completely candid, I was just

so looking forward to having a week of sleeping in my own bed.

It really helps me to reset and repack and have a little bit of time in my own space.

I talked a little bit about this on Instagram earlier this week, and I got a DM asking

me to talk about what giving back to myself looks like when I feel like I'm a little

bit overwhelmed and for sure stressed.

And so I figured that that's what I want to talk about today.

For me, this looks like really prioritizing what feels good for Emily.

That question is one that I have been answering time and time again this year.

I'm a huge giver, not only to this community, which brings me so much joy to do that,
