I got here on Wednesday and I really, I'm into it.

We went to this pizza spot that I found on the social somewhere for dinner on Wednesday night. And it was

absolutely unreal. And in the surrounding area, there are all these, I want to say between 10 and 15

seat restaurants, like super small from what I've seen so far, and I haven't seen a ton granted.

But this is a place that if you're a

foodie, you would absolutely love to come to. I digress. We got here on Wednesday. I've been in

Japan for something like 11 days now, if my math serves me right. It's been so great. And also, it's a lot. And I say that

with a sensitivity to this concept that I'm truly living a life that my younger self didn't

even dream of. Like, this is more than I ever could have imagined. What an unbelievable opportunity that I get to travel to work like this, that I get to

come halfway around the globe, to have important conversations and highlight athletic

amazingness and create things and art and products that I'm really excited

about. It's so awesome. And amidst all of this awesomeness, I have admittedly been struggling a

little bit. I'm dealing with a nasty cold right now, which isn't super fun,

but we're working through it. I'm sure you can hear it in my voice. And I've also had to do

a lot of shifting around of the fitness slash wellness routine and habits. As I talked about in

last week's episode in Tokyo, God, it was like above 90 degrees

and 90% humidity every day that we were there. And so that required a lot of finagling of

schedules. And even though I characteristically am an early morning workout person,
