I've been getting a lot of messages this week about traveling, which is fair, because I've

And I wanted to chat about that for this week's episode.

routine. How do you make time for movement and working out when you're out of your normal?

How do you prioritize it when there's so much to do? And candidly, it depends on what's happening.

I will say that I know for certain that I feel better when I move my body.

And because I know that and because moving my body is important to me and I have a strong

why connected to it, more often than not, I will factor that in when I think about what I want

to do during the day, whether I am walking through Kyoto or simply

where I am right now, which is in Santa Monica, California. And that could look differently,

right? That could look like a dedicated workout in which I book something like some sort of a

walking around from point A to point B. I'm thinking about how I can do what I want to do while incorporating more steps.
