celebrating your birthday. It's my birthday. I really like celebrating it. I just love

an excuse to gather with the people that I care about and that is entirely what I plan

on doing today. I'm probably riding bikes with friends if you are listening to this first

thing in the morning. I'm going to spend the day with friends. I'm going to dinner with girlfriends

tomorrow. I'm going to see my family and spend more time with people that I love and it just

feels really special. I wanted to be really candid for this Five Minute Friday. This week for the

in the newsletter, I share 35 lessons for 35 years. I know little sappy. But I had this idea

last week and I've been journaling on it every morning. Some of my biggest takeaways, not just

from the past year, but from all 35 really. Earlier this week, upon talking to my life coach and

chatting about this concept, I told her that I would be remiss if I didn't say that it's not

apparent to me the things that I am also without. She asked me, what if we are to reframe? What if

instead you thought about and focused on the abundance that you have in your life? How would that

make you feel? And it's such a simple swap. It is understandable that as I am on the cusp here

of my 35th year, and oh my goodness, I cannot believe the next big milestone is 40 that is insane

that I have these thoughts. That's understandable. But how do I choose to move forward? What do I want

to focus on? Where do I want my energy to go? And so the biggest, biggest, biggest takeaway from

the last 365 days, and I say it here constantly on the show, I'm going to be beating a dead horse,

but energy attracts like energy. And I know, first certain, what it is that I am looking for,

not only from this year, but as I move forward in this life. And what I am looking for is kindness
