| 0:00.0 | Hey, everyone, Emily Abadi here. You are listening to Five Minute Friday from Hurtle. Oh my goodness. |
| 0:28.5 | I had a week. I had a week that candidly was full of a lot of frustrating moments. By the end of the day on Wednesday, I was just like, what is |
| 0:42.8 | happening here? It's like often we hear that quote unquote bad things come in threes. |
| 0:50.3 | And I believe that by the end of Wednesday, I was at at least five things that weren't exactly stellar. |
| 0:59.9 | And one of those things, this is a PSA for anyone who may be wearing a long dress this summer, |
| 1:08.4 | don't do it while riding a city bike because after having a bit of a |
| 1:13.1 | rough day, I decided that I was going to take myself out to dinner and I got to the street via |
| 1:23.6 | bike that the restaurant was on and about a half a block away my dress got tangled up in the |

| 1:45.4 | and cut me out of the bike. Yeah. Like these are the kinds of things. And I am just like raising |
| 1:53.1 | my fists at the universe and I'm like, what did I do to deserve this this week? But I digress. |
| 1:58.9 | So fast forward to Thursday morning. I am up quite early because I am |
| 2:06.9 | heading to Eugene for the Olympic track and field trials. And I want to get in my workout before I get |
| 2:14.8 | on the plane. And so I go do my workout. It feels great. I'm running back. |
| 2:22.6 | And it feels like a movie montage. I'm running. The run feels effortless. I feel like a soft breeze |
| 2:31.8 | coming at me from the west. |
| 2:38.0 | And in this moment, the endorphins really hit. And I realize that all the things that I've been so stressed about, |
| 2:43.9 | not that my feelings aren't or weren't valid, they were. |
| 2:49.6 | I'm entitled to all of the feels. But I realized in this |
| 2:53.4 | moment during this really wonderful running scene that everything is fine. Right. And so often when |
