| 0:00.0 | We made it to Friday, oh my gosh, it is so hot here in New York City as we could |
| 0:27.8 | leave the real feel today that this is coming out on Friday is something like a hundred and six |
| 0:34.1 | degrees and something about it being this temperature outside makes the days crawl for me. |
| 0:43.2 | Crawl. I don't know if that's weird or not. I'm okay with that Emily here but you already knew that. |
| 0:49.1 | So happy to be here with you on Friday. Today I want to talk about something I have been |
| 0:56.2 | mulling over lately and that is the fact that I never thought I would be doing what I am doing |
| 1:02.8 | now. If you were to ask me gosh when I was a little girl let's go there let's go all the way |
| 1:09.2 | back there what I thought I would be doing as an adult well a lot of us had crazy dreams when |

| 1:30.9 | thought that I would be self-employed. I never thought that I would be traveling the world for my |
| 1:36.0 | work. I definitely didn't think that I would be single in my mid 30s. I didn't think that I |
| 1:41.8 | would be addressing large groups of people in large formats for keynote presentations. I mean there |
| 1:47.6 | are so many things that I am doing in my life right now that I never anticipated and I think that |
| 1:55.3 | is awesome. I think that it's so easy for us to get caught up in the plan right caught up in the |
| 2:00.6 | particulars. Stay so focused and dialed into what we think that we quote unquote should be doing. |
| 2:07.8 | But if a long time ago I didn't accept the fact that this plan I had for myself needed to be written |
| 2:14.6 | in pencil and that I had to feel okay and at ease kind of a racing and starting over as I went |
| 2:22.4 | then I wouldn't have the opportunity to be in the position that I am in now. The best written |
| 2:29.8 | plans are written in pencil. I'll say that again. The best written plans are written in pencil |
| 2:36.8 | and I have moments where I wonder what life could be like if I had followed the plan that I had |
