Guys, a baby moved in next door. Actually, a baby moved in next door and then a baby is also

literally coming into the world. I think the baby's here. My other neighbors also had a baby this

week.

And so I am surrounded by young children, which is quite an interesting experience, not only because I am having so many thoughts about fertility and whatnot, but I am currently in the process of

deciding whether or not to resign my lease.

And at first, I was sold on,

I'm not going anywhere. I love this place. Sign me up for another two years. The terms are great,
