I know I spoke to you not all that long ago about going to my first fitness class since

0:31.4

early 2020 and I have become a bit more brave and went to to more this week which just

0:41.1

felt amazing and I was very intentional about which to that I went to because I felt so hard

0:51.1

last weekend that I needed to stretch in a way that I haven't in forever and decided

0:57.8

that it was time that I got back to hot yoga and so I won't lie like I was definitely

2:03.8

showed up and there were three other people in class I was able to have like a whole quadrant of

2:11.8

the room I won't even say like a space to myself I literally had at least like a 14 by 14 square

2:19.3

that was mine and mine only and so that made me feel really at ease and as wonderful as it has

2:26.5

been to connect with other people via whatever we've all been able to do over the last 14 months

2:31.2

over zoom I mean nothing compares to being in that room especially I would say for me when it comes
