Today is the day the Lord has made and these are the times to which God is the side we shall live.

And this is the five-minute focus which is a dual-purpose exercise.

One of them is for me to give you an opportunity to understand what's coming up in the next couple hours of podcasting.

In the first episodes, we're going to recognize the fact that our world is increasingly run by malignant narcissists.

So what do we do?

We learn how to deal with malignant narcissists.

We learn how to deal with malignant narcissists and narcissism in our midst less personally and more institutionally.

So I'm going to draw on several sources.

Number one is the Bible.

Number two is a series of learnings we got when we went through team, family, adolescents, mental, mental health therapy and that long period of time where we learned a bunch.

All share with you some techniques that I learned in a class I took in trying to help families with kids and other family members who have borderline personality disorder.

Thank God we don't deal with that.

That is a tough road and it can be dealt with.

And Maloo used some resources from a book called Don't Let They're Crazy, Make You Crazy by a woman named Laurel Wagner.

And it's a book I've read in a book that we used in study because we need to get good at this.
