He is declaring a state of emergency, because of the COVID flu. No,

because of gun violence, they call it, which is, in fact, a nonsensical phrase,

because guns ain't violent. No, a chemical spill. No.

He's declaring it because some blood-soaked Republicans

intend to give tax money back to parents to choose where to send their kids to state of emergency.
