Now minerals are something Fallon and I really did not dive into until a few years into our metabolism healing and learning journey because honestly it seemed a little over our head and hindsight 20 it really doesn't have to be there is a lot that I wish I would have known back then especially as someone who needed to heal from being on birth control. I didn't realize how much of a mineral imbalance I had created just by being on the pill.
