What's going on epic gardeners? Kevin here founder of epic gardening.com today we're talking about a cool little

hack so low light house plants my friend Katie asked me about this. She just wants to know a

couple suggestions for some plants to grow indoors that you don't need to have

you know super bright light or

light or supplement it with any additional light. So I'll run through just a few examples of some house plants that fit this bill. How many can we get through in four or five minutes?

We'll find out in just a second.

All right, the first one I'm going to talk about is the Driscina.

So there's a bunch of different species of this.

My personal favorite is the Driscina Marginata or Madagascar Dragon Tree.

Super easy to grow.

It's a very slow grower.

Honestly, I've had mine for three or four months now,

and almost nothing has happened to it but it's also thriving

it's not dying the leaves look amazing and it gets I would say let's call it

filtered light or partial sun. It really doesn't get any light at all

that's directly from the sun. I have it in my room. It's not facing a window directly and it's just doing really really well so any type of

dracina but specifically dracina marginata pretty good plant another one this is a really

cool one it's a fern, and it's called the maiden hair fern.

I keep this one in my bathroom, again, in a place where it does not get a lot of light.

It does want a bit of

want a bit of humidity going on because it is a fern

So for me that that means I put it in the bathroom. It's a nice little spot when I take a shower it steams up a little bit gives that
