The first one is replace your eating with reading of God's Word.

Replace your eating with reading of God's Word. It is normal to feel when you read the Word of God in the beginning stage of your fasting,

to feel distracted, to feel lack of focus, to feel tired, to feel even nauseous and dizzy.

And many people what they do is they're like, well, I'm not

going to read the word because I don't feel really good. So what you can do is you can actually

listen to the word. You can turn on a Bible and have it read to you. You can still read the word because you must understand that as you're

pushing through this, your spirit is getting stronger. It is your body and your flesh that is

weak. And the feelings your feeling is really normal what's happening because your body is going

through detoxing and all of this stuff. So it is not necessarily like a demonic spiritual attack.

It is just a normal process of your body switching from it eating regularly the foods that you were eating to its being,

it's switching to a different food source. And secondly, you're also detoxing. And then the

enemy uses that to really fill your mind with negative thoughts, fill your emotions with very

negative emotions and to cause you to say, you know what, I'm just going to quit.
