| 1:36.3 | So this acid reduced cartilage loss and joint lining inflammation in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. |
| 1:45.8 | And then there was another 2018 review, and it stated that Frankencence was constantly |
| 1:51.6 | more effective than a placebo at reducing osteoarthritis pain and improving motility. |
| 1:58.4 | And there was another study, and in this one, particularly, participants took |
| 2:03.5 | 170 milligrams of basuela extract twice daily for 120 days. Results indicated that the supplement |
