And the reason why we have May as the Mental Health Awareness Month is, is because since

2021, the Mental Health Foundation has been leading Mental Health Awareness Week, bringing together

the UK to focus on getting good mental health. Each May, millions of people from every part

of society take part. They include people in schools and further education, private, public and charity sectors,

families and individuals. And as some of you guys will also already know, who've been listening to

the podcast for some time now, I've had my own struggles with mental health. As I'm sure, many of you

have as well. So I just thought I'd start by sharing some of the things that I've

been through because I think it might be helpful just for especially the people who potentially

haven't had these sides of me before. It might be useful to relate and, you know, have someone who's

struggle when you feel sometimes you're in a bit of a hole and you can't get yourself

out and you just need some kind of olive branch to feel connected to somebody else because
