Public meltdowns or traffic violations. There are some patients who have actually committed some of the most heinous of crimes

Number five Alfred W

Such beautiful words spoken between two people destined to spend their lives together

Alfred W a man from Munich, Germany and stayed true to this promise with his wife for 60 long years

But sometimes fate can be so cruel

On August 27, 2016

Lydia W was found lying dead in the living room of a flat in Munich

The report said that she was punched and then strangle with a rope

Local authorities didn't have to look far to find a culprit as it was none other than her husband Alfred

Interestingly, the latter was left off the hook for a very unsettling reason

Apparently the 82-year-old had developed dementia after having two strokes

Through the years the illness made him become even more aggressive

And the man's mental condition and reportedly caused him to wake up in the middle of the night

He would get dressed and prepare to go to the hairdresser

And this man he would be taking their car for a drive
