1:05.5 | Bristol named Stephen Lee Wendowski, he's drawn attention to a new way of talking to people about global warming, |
1:12.6 | and he's provided evidence that it actually seems to work. And here's a clip of him describing his |
1:17.3 | research. We told people that 97 out of 100 climate scientists agree on the basic premise that |
1:24.3 | the globe is warming due to human greenhouse gas emissions. |
1:29.6 | And what we found was that that boosted people's acceptance of the scientific facts |
1:38.3 | relating to climate change by a significant amount. |
1:42.7 | And it did so in particular for people of a free market worldview or |
1:49.1 | ideology. And so we found that people were responsive to that message. Okay, but so here's the |
