Hi everyone. Welcome to another episode of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. As always, I hope you are doing well. I hope your yoga is going well and that your summer is wonderful so far. I can't believe we are at the end of August almost. I feel like this year has gone by so quickly. But I like to remind myself that you can't slow down time,

Anyway, I've been in a busy season. My 200-hour yoga study program at the studio kicks off in

four weeks and I'm very excited for it. I've done this. This is my ninth year

doing it. And every year I tweak the syllabus. I know. I'm crazy. I know most yoga teacher

trainings. They just use the same syllabus, copy paste year after year after year. But I look at who

is signing up and I look at where they are in their yoga because a lot of

them study with me. So there is disadvantage in many ways. So I know where they're starting

from. So depending on that, I add more context. I remove some things. I add layers. I add additional

topics. Sometimes I notice that we need to add a few steps before a certain topic.
