they're facing charges.

After police say they mistreated and failed

to report the mistreatment of a seven-year-old boy

in the special education program.

The alleged incident happened back in February

with the student in the life skills program

at Brown Elementary.

has scheduled an emergency meeting.

You don't schedule those on a Thursday for a Monday

to address performance of staff without that being very serious.
