As you know, since 2018, I've been launching a campaign on my social media to take on

big food companies and their horrible marketing it started with Nestle and it was quite

accidental the campaign took off in Asia. It became the biggest

new story in Malaysia, which incidentally is the country I was born in and the

fattest country in Asia. And my beef with Nestle started when the New York Times

released an expose showing how companies like Nestle had been funding the

official output from the Malaysian Nutritional Research Society, which is meant to be a government

organization telling people how to eat.

So anyway, I created a video, it became massively big, and in a span of a few months it became one of the most

shared videos in Malaysian social media it spread to other countries in Australia

New Zealand nestlase product, which was the product I exposed,

lost its health ratings.

It went from 4.5 stars to 1 star.

This was when I exposed that Milo, which is promoted as a health drink, was actually 40%

But in a few months, Nestle also started introducing
