I know as human beings we want to have more energy, have more vitality, be more productive.

And there are so many things to help us do that, right?

I mean, there are so many things that we do in order to experience our full vitality,

Okay. It's energy leaks. Right. We all have them. Some of us are very, very leaky. And some of us have a couple of leaks that could just be zipped up. Do any of these sound like you? Because if they are, if they're active in your life
