Now we've been talking about dumb benefits in previous shows, but today I want to outline

five benefits that'll drive tremendous value for people.

There's a lot of companies offer just your basic benefits, and you know, they just...

there's nothing unique about them.

But how about just some really, really good benefits as a differentiator.

You know, the basics are paid time off, sick days, vacation days, health insurance.

And those are all nice. In fact, let's be honest with you.

I mean, people expect those. They aren't even special.

In fact, if you don't have those benefits, then you're looked at as an outlier,

a disaster of a company. So let's go a little deeper, been doing some research with the team.

I don't want to outline five benefits that I think will be a fantastic,

fantastic offering for people. And it's going to lean into driving the value of people.

What am I talking about? Obviously, if somebody goes through some type of very serious health scare or health issue,
