ran a really brilliant conversation that Sam and Blaine had with Dan Allender on the Anson's

podcast about trauma and responding to people who are in trauma and what do you say? What do I do when I get that phone call? What do I do when I get that text? So I hope you heard that. It was a two-part series and we did that partly to feature Anson's podcast.

It's really, really good and lots of great content.

About half of it is more of an interview format unlike the Ransom Tar

podcasts where they have experts on they have trendsetters

people who are commenting about culture and millennials and the development of

youth and all kinds of things so We're going to do that again now because well because I was on this one.

Now you're the expert.

Okay, so I wrote an article for Anne's Son's magazine, Winter Issue,

it's an online magazine that we do for young men.

And the article is called Five Agreements

that are killing millennials.

And it got a lot of good feedback, got a lot of good feedback got a lot of interest it also got some

hostile comments too but of course it did because of the culture of the exalted

self and the offend itself. Anyhow, we then went into the studio with that.

And Sam and Blaine and I had a couple conversations around those assumptions and we're able to

unpack some of the ideas more and we thought that you would enjoy listening in on
