0:36.8	in Denver, and I did that for a while.
0:38.8	But I actually wound up moving to Europe with my wife for a couple of years.
0:42.6	And when that happened, all of a sudden, the whole country opened up for me in terms of
0:47.6	possible investment places. And there's plenty to like in the Southeast, in the Sunbelt.
0:52.4	There are tons of good, expensive
0:54.3	markets with huge appreciation. But I started quickly realizing that the Midwest, and more
1:01.2	specifically the Great Lakes region, fit a lot of what I was looking for as an investor.
1:07.0	And I've gone on to invest in that area, and I'm looking to invest more. And in today's episode,
1:12.4	I'm going to explain why and make my case for this region as something you should potentially
1:16.6	consider as well. And as we're getting into this, I want to mention that I am so interested
1:21.4	in this region of the country. Henry Washington and I are actually going there in mid-July
1:26.3	to drive around. We're going to go look for
