breathe in my nostrils to make me move to get me moving.

Ah yes, the nurses at Walter Reed would breathe in his nostrils

to make him move to get him moving

because they thought maybe there was a kitten

suffering from some kind of health emergency.

They knew there was something terribly wrong with him blowing at his nostrils. It's not normal behavior for nurses or other medical professionals.

The blowing Joe Biden's nose or anybody else is.

It's a little bit ironic though since he's spent

so much time sniffing women and then the women come in and blow into his nose that's

turned about his fair play perhaps a little bit weird

irony once again women blowing in your nose you're usually sniffing women you weirdo and then he's got this weird story
