So we had a four-day work week this week.

Well, we're not done with the fourth day here.

That's starting right now.

I had a dream right before I woke up, so I remembered it that you and I Todd were writing and

and recording a radio bit and it was really really bad that's why we don't do it

by the way never have you know but it was really bad I hope we have mean, I'm not talking about a bit where there was, we recorded sound effects back

of the day and made it, I think, early on, but we never recorded a bit where we were talking

to each other like as characters, you know, you know, like, what's that stupid show in the

South, one of those guys called?

I think they just retired. John Boy and Billy. Yeah, they had these elaborate skits. Sketches. Written out. Yeah, we've never done that. And I know why, because in the dream last night, that one sucked. Yeah. But we were, you weren't in the dream post because it was. No, I recall, it was years ago, right? A couple of, uh, so-called skits. Really? But they were like 20 seconds long. Well, that's something, yeah, but even that was probably too long, wasn't it? Yeah, if we're going to, no. They were freaking hilarious. Were they really? You might be right.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I mean, if we're going to suck, let's just suck without all the pre-planning. Yeah. You know? Yeah. Let's forget all that. Yeah, right, right. So. No, in the effort. I don't know why. In fact, I can specifically tell you the one that I remember. Good. Tell me, man. We were mocking local news.

Oh, yeah, okay.

And they did this thing. Which is very easy, by the way. I live in another place now in local news just as bad. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And by the way, it's not the people. I'm not going to hammer anchors because a lot of, we know anchors that they're very qualified, and we know other guys, they know what they're doing.

It's just the people that direct these things pick up really just, brutal stories.

The same consultant.

Right, right, exactly.

The consultant talks to hundreds of TV stations, and they all do pretty much the same thing.

My favorite part about local news before we were recorded into the bit here was I was watching.
