Summary

When you're 5'7"" weighing it at only 90lbs, something's gotta give. From in-patient hospital programs, tapping your feet as sneaky exercise, and a relationship with healthy eating that goes above and beyond reality, Catherine's been through a lot. On a mission to heal her mind and repair her body, Catherine opens up about what it's like to live with an eating disorder that tries to trick her at every turn.
