I was in the Navy for 18 years.

Went to boot camp, my junior year of high school. I was 16 the Navy for 18 years, went to boot camp my junior year of high school.

I was 16. 34 now, honorably discharged in January. I was a naval aviator.

Flew F-18s for 10 years. Well. Discharged as a lieutenant. Love your show. I listened

when I could. Back home in Iowa, we're living with my aunt now. G-forces, take a toll on your body. I've had my appendix out. Wow. My gallbladder. I had a colostomy bag put on. Wow. I've had my spleen. Is it a clausty bag permanent? I don't know. He's listening live so maybe he could answer our questions. Yeah. I've had that done

since February, but I love the show. Now that I'm home, I'm up at 5.30. Listening live, thanks for

Tim, thanks for serving. Thank you, Lieutenant. And I'm curious how you get to the point where you can be. Yeah, is that normal? I mean, all of something went wrong with the guys. That's normal for being a pilot, man. Those kind of pilots, I mean, the fast guys, you know. And I want to know how he got to that level, because everybody who goes into that wants to fly jets. They want to be a fighter pilot and damn few get to be a fighter pilot.

I can see it.

I mean, the sustained pressure on your body like that.

I can see how that would cause some problems eventually.

That makes sense.

Right.

I had read with the appendix, I had read that, like, I was going to say with astronauts,

or if you go to the Arctic, apparently, you just have to get your appendix pulled out.
