Hello everyone and welcome to Saturn returns with me Kaggi Dunlop. This is a

0:07.7

podcast that aims to bring clarity during transitional times where there can be

0:11.8

confusion and doubt.

0:16.6

I just wasn't embracing and doing enough stuff

0:19.2

that serves that essence, the who I am,

0:22.1

but now I really do feel like I'm doing that.

0:24.3

Today I am joined by the author and illustrator Laura Brand.

0:28.1

Laura's first book, A Homemade Crafts Guide for Children, came out over lockdown and as you can imagine it was an instant hit.

1:08.2

essence in her 20s. I was really keen to speak to Laura because lots of people that know us both have said that we have a lot of similarities and so I was really happy to have her on and also just to talk about this idea of maintaining our creativity and our childlike wonder, you know,

1:25.2

embracing the little joys day to day because as we get into adulthood, we can just sidetrack all those things

1:31.9

and I think they're really important to reclaim.

1:34.7

Just to add a bit of context to the conversation because Laura references her husband a couple of times

1:39.7

and that is fellow podcaster and comedian Russell Brand.

1:43.6

Before we get into any of this though, let's hear from our wonderful astrological guide,

Nora.
