So then what do you do?

I got some news for you.

I got a crazy one for you from Market Watch where they've done the math on any of a number

of vehicles that are gas engine vehicles comparing them to the cost over the years of actually

owning an electric car.

Electric cars have been coming steadily down in price.

There are a bunch of them that are now right at the price point of the average vehicle in

the United States, which is 35,000.

If you're looking at a 35,000 dollar vehicle and then an electric vehicle that price over

the course of years, you'd save many, many thousands of dollars because the energy is

so much cheaper.

But what if you were looking at a vehicle that was much, much cheaper?

We're looking at something like a mainstream model, like a Toyota Camry or a Honda Accord

sedan versus an electric car like the entry point went from Tesla, the Model 3, or you

look at the Chevy Bolt or something like that.

Well, guess what they found out?

It's actually cheaper over the years, over a three year period, don the electric car than

it is to own the gas engine car.
