You know, Tom, this is an hour oftentimes where we take a look at other professional

sports. We kind of go different directions, not every day, but a lot of times. I saw something

today that I thought would interest you and actually interested me, and it might interest

our listeners. So hence I bring it up. Did you see where Major League Baseball has made an eight-figure investment into a new professional softball league?

I did. Oddly enough, I saw that this morning on social media.

And I was wondering if it was the one that a lot of Florida State Seminoles have gone on to.

But it's a brand new one.

And I thought that was, I think that's very, very good news, but go ahead.

Well, I think it's good news too.

You might be surprised to hear many of the listeners might be like, what?

But I think the sport has grown in such a way as I have alluded to numerous times

and admitted many times that it's not only watchable now in my eyes

it's also entertaining it's it's it's more than watchable it's kind of fun to watch it's it's a

joy to watch um the game it it plays at a pace that i think a lot of people can enjoy a lot of

back to ball sports people can't get down with the pace of play.

But the pace of softball is quick.
