which is not a good thing to do, but we use terms in the wrong way and we've got head of the

discusses the difference between trauma bonding and what is actually happening, and she talks

about trauma bonding versus social bonding and of course pretty much everyone

who's been a contestant on a reality show has social bonding but let's hear from her

the difference. I want to talk about the difference between trauma bonding and social bonding, which people

makes up, but they're very different, and I will do it using reality TV as an example.
