I'm trying to do that here. This is a video that is going to be primarily geared towards people in my line of work.

Hematologists, oncologists who are finishing their clinical training, looking for that first

job.

Probably going to talk mostly about an academic job.

But what if you're in a different line of work?

to think about when you apply for and receive that perfect first job and these are my views and that's

i think what people want they want my views unvarnished i'm going to give it to very honestly

i'm not going to hold anything back here are all my my views. Number one, think about what you want.

This is the part of the job search that people don't talk enough about and I think they

gloss over.

It's the most important thing.

Think about what you really want.

Do you really want to be doing that?

Look around you.

Who out there has the job that you like, the career you like, the work hours that you like?
