it's Mutaki Akbar and he is a lawyer for the U-Huru

movement. Welcome the show how are you doing sir? I'm doing great how about yourself

thanks for having me on I'm doing great and I really appreciate you joining us today. We have a really important story here about the U-Huhra movement out of St. Petersburg, Florida, indicted by the Department of Justice on a guest foreign

agent registration act charges and others. Under the accusation, they're acting as agents of Russia interfering in American

elections they weaponized the First Amendment the US attorney said.

So this is a huge story, really no matter who the subject of it is,

if it's the First Amendment in question here on these federal charges.

So first of all, could you please tell us for those unfamiliar,

what is the U-Hoo movement and what is it exactly

that the government is accusing them of here?
