Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk.

This is our Thursday, May 11th, 2023 edition and if you look back at how the stock market

has performed over the past year or so, what you'll find is a lot of movements, a lot

of dip in and diving, a lot of rallies unexpectedly I think for many people and overall markets

haven't really gone very far after that initial surge lower early last year in asset prices

we've kind of chopped and that is a different environment most people are used to some sort

of trend, usually trending higher but oftentimes trending lower and a non-trending market can

be frustrating, it can be difficult to understand which way to move.

It's where is on people, where is on sentiment and ultimately it will frustrate even the

professional investor, but for you you need to see through the noise and understand that

the market is what it's going to be, you're not going to influence it, you have to play

with the cards that are dealt to you and that means finding opportunities that's a little

bit harder than it used to be, 25% 30% returns, that's just difficult to come by, but it doesn't

mean that you can't make a headway towards your goals and that's what we are here to help you
