Well, in the sense that they're all special, Rishie. Even more special than that,

this was the 100th episode of the series. Oh, you know, actually now that you say it,

I think we had a cake. I'm not checking either. Now I'm gonna dig in the archives and see whether I

can find pictures. I remember out in the West Wing and the Portico, is that just outside?

Okay. We had a 100th episode celebration cake. And what did you get me for... where's my cake?

The cake is a lie. We had our 100th episode recently and you also didn't get me a cake for that.

Well, yesterday was my wife's birthday, the lovely Melissa. And it was as she says every year,

another terrible one. Did you get her a cake? Her birthdays are always terrible. Mine are always great.

And I think it's because she plans mine. So I got her... she loves German chocolate cake,

but neither Abbie, her son, nor I enjoy it. So I got her a slice of... this is really bad.

I got her a slice of German chocolate cake. And after a day of her working very hard and not

getting much of a celebration, I stuck a... Shobbis candle in it because I hadn't but any.

So she got just a single slice of cake with the big Shobbis candle shoved in it and two of us

sang to her and she said, about par for the course. Okay. So you prepare for Melissa's birthdays the way

you prepare for our podcast. That's about right. Well, this is the 100th episode of the West Wing and

it is a special one. It is chock full of guest stars and a lot of plot. Here's what's going on.
