Justin Baldoni versus Blake lively pre-trial nonsense going on. We've got folks saying Blake's

moaning and groaning after a request of hers was denied by the judge. We'll get into what that is.

Plus, we have some other news on some other trials we've been covering, including astronaut Mark Kelly, grilling the Secretary of Defense, Pete Hakeseth, will share that clip.

I'm going to be in New York City covering it. I have yet to book a flight or a hotel room because I'm still wondering if this thing's going to settle. But let's get into it. Here we have Roman Chateau posting on Twitter. Blake's moaning and groaning after her request was denied by the judge, after the judge said no to Blake's attempt to block any same decision mixed motive jury instructions, Blake's response is essentially understood,

Your Honor, but we like to circle back after all the evidence is in and try this again.

So this is, you know, there's so much, you know, legalese and sort of legal dick measuring that happens
