Great to see you and I, how are you? I'm doing well. This time we're not in the Swiss Alps. This isn't the Swiss Alps edition. This is the cool San Francisco Bay Area.

First, congratulations for your new headquarters. It's wonderful.

Yes, the plenary session headquarters is a work in progress.

People don't know, but it's really pieced together with scotch tape and a little bit of lighting deception.

So it's good to have you on this side of the table.

It's good to talk about malignant, the book. This is how bad policy and bad evidence harm people with cancer.

And where do we leave off in this book club discussion?

So I think it's the fourth episode today.

So we live off at the middle part of the conflict of interest part.

That was, I think, a very important part of the book,

even if some may disagree with that.

We talk about that during the last episode.

We'll be finishing this part and another chapter, chapter 8, about precision oncology, and then the second part of the book will be

closed and next episode we'll speak about the third part of the book about medical evidence and

trial design.
