The US Supreme Court is letting the Biden administration move ahead with certain gun rules, at least for

now.

We're talking about the rules that went into effect last year concerning so-called

ghost guns.

Remember, ghost guns are handmade or self-assembled, and can be put together in as little as 20 minutes

using kits and parts bought online.

But the federal government's rules say those assembly kits now have to include serial

numbers, and anyone who tries to buy one has to pass a federal background check.
