okay so today's episode is going to be titled fourth quarter stretch season.

It's kind of a contradiction because it's just like if you're in the fourth quarter

you should have stretched in preseason before the first

quarter started which well that kind of makes sense because next quarter is first

season so first quarter so it's like we stretch in for the new year so it kind of makes sense it's like

we're in and off the game but we also stretching into something else you know what I'm

saying I'm trying to tie it in the basketball but I feel like it ain't coming out

too well so I'm gonna just get back to what I know and that's this word

So we're going to be coming from the book of second Kings and I'm going to be reading from chapter 4.

Some of you may know or may not know that Saturday, I did a Saturday sip

and it was supposed to be a short little refill short little

motivational podcast episode but it was kind of long like it was a full word

so I'm gonna see how I feel about doing Saturday Stips on the regular.

But today is Monday, which is our podcast day.
