The San Francisco 49ers led wire-to-wire in a 20-9 win over the Carolina Panthers on Monday Night Football in large part because of Christian McCaffrey's ability to carry the entire offense. The 31 touches that Christian McCaffrey had today led to 142 total yards, the vast majority of the team's total yardage. Brock Purdy tossed three first-half interceptions, but the defense stood tall and only gave up three points off of those turnovers. It wasn't pretty at times, but a win is a win.
